Life Lately

I cannot believe that my little girl is already 8 weeks old ! Its going crazy fast these hazy, crazy sleep deprived days. My baby is getting bigger and bigger by the minute and so is my big baby boy who has just turned three ! Its been blooming hard, eyes burning from sheer exhaustion hard work the past 8 weeks, but we have also had so much fun and joy and laughter. Plus allot of shouting, hissy fits and crying fits from all of us !

Dorothy Lilian was born on the 16th Aug 2013 weighing 7lb 8oz.

I will not bore or scare you all with the birth story but the most important thing she arrived safely by emergency c section.

Sorry for the lack of posts been trying to get back on the mend as this labour knocked me for six. Plus I also have been recovering from strep b, a nasty one that infection is.

Really looking forward to sharing this new chapter with you all and I am slowly getting into the swing of being a mother of 2. 

How grown up that sounds ! x

40 Weeks Bump Style

OMG! I'm still going ! I'm 5 days past my due date and really am over being pregnant now. I really feel so stretched and at full capacity now. No clothes fit, no shoes fit, no rings fit and I cannot get any bangles on either.I am very proud of myself though I managed to cut my own toe nails last night with much huffing and puffing, a bit wonky and just couldn't manage to do my left little toe for some reason. Obviously I am loosing the plot now as i am rambling on about my toe nails !? x 

Any day now please baby really want to meet you now ! x

Rex and I in Mother & Baby Magazine

A while ago we got snapped by the Mother & Baby fashion team for their Style Tracker Page for their September Issue.

I was chuffed that they thought we looked cool enough to be snapped. Rex as you can see was loving it and was a natural, what a poser. I Love him. 

The funny thing at the time I thought I looked massive, in comparison to what I look like now I was tiny!
